The trainees are participants of educational EU programmes Leonardo da Vinci or Erasmus. They are:
- Pupils of secondary vocational schools or students of postsecondary vocational schools, age 17- 20 years old, participants of so called Initial Vocational Training (IVT) projects. The training usually lasts 3-6 weeks. The trainees usually get some basic knowledge of the company structure, rules and regulations and gain first competences.
- Participants of Erasmus and LDV programmes currently engaged in Placement on Labour Market (PLM) project. The training usually lasts 12 weeks and in these three months trainees get deeply involved in the Polish working environment.
- Professionals, people who already work in companies and the training participants of Vocational Educational Training for Professionals (VETPRO) projects.
